Sales-Executive
Neekan Consulting is seeking a high-performing Sales Professional with a proven track record in selling software services and digital solutions. The ideal candidate understands the IT services landscape and can drive new business acquisition, build long-term client relationships, and deliver predictable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for software development, digital marketing, and IT consulting services
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
- Work closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to align solutions with client needs
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
- Conduct market research to identify target industries, decision-makers, and emerging opportunities
- Represent Neekan Consulting at client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience selling software services, digital transformation solutions, or digital marketing services
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of service-based selling, consultative sales approaches, and solution positioning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
Preferred
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
- Existing network of CXOs, CTOs, marketing heads, or technology decision-makers
- Exposure to SaaS or product-based sales will be an added advantage
Digital-Marketing-Manager

DevOps-Engineer

With over two decades of deep technology expertise and business acumen, we empower our clients to access the tools and resources typically available to larger companies.
Responsibilities
- Implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting the IT infrastructure
- Managing Kubernetes Cluster
- Monitoring and maintaining Deployment Architecture
- Implementing automation tools and frameworks for automatic code deployment (CI/CD)
- Automate service quality analysis, monitoring and operation
- Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Quality control and management of the code base
- Ensure adherence to Security standards
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in DevOps or similar role
- Hands on experience in working in Windows and Linux Operating System (Administrator level)
- Experience with SCM tools like GitLab/Bitbucket/Mercurial
- Experience using DevOps automation tools (GitLab/Jenkins/Bamboo/Ansible/Chef)
- Experience in any container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes/Nomad/OpenVZ)
